story
A story about the distant future.
The Earth was severely damaged in a major war.
The atmosphere has turned gray, the earth has stopped sprouting life, and the water has dried up.
And the population has decreased significantly since its peak.
The humans were huddled together to survive that day.
In such an era, a robot with emotional functions called an emotional doll (Philoid) wakes up in a decaying facility.
The result of pre-war human science, it is literally a humanoid robot with emotional functions.
An existence that was promised to make life better as a new partner for humans.
However, when Philoid wakes up, he immediately realizes that his emotional function is lacking.
His right hand was not covered with artificial skin, and the skeleton of the machine was exposed, perhaps because it had been left unattended during construction.
The boy-type Philoid instinctively sought out human beings.
And in order to obtain the feelings that he lacks, he continues to walk through the devastated world.
One day, Philoid was picked up by a girl.
She is a girl, and she thinks of him as a human being, and she takes care of him carefully.
A small but warm town.
A Philoid boy gradually learns about emotions through his life with a girl.
